The owner entrusted the mandate of her new kitchen and bathroom to Ouimet Design.
Mrs. Monnière provided plans, which we reworked to make it exactly what she wanted. She was pleased, and it ended up being a beautiful personalized project for our team.
The project was new residential construction. So we thought about what kind of kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room we would need. I could see a beautiful white kitchen with plenty of storage and elegant bathrooms and laundry rooms with a hint of wood.
Nicholas and his team were recommended to us by a friend who loved his work. The glowing recommendation made us realize we were in good hands!
We began the process with productive meetings to establish our plan. The designer then created sketches so we could see the space, and from there, it was a smooth experience. We had excellent customer service from the entire team.
Without a doubt, the professionalism was incredible. I am convinced that we received the best value for the money we spent. Nicholas and his team presented rapid turnaround times and were attentive to our needs and expectations. We were very satisfied with the results. We had a small problem with a cabinet’s color, and they came to replace the defective pieces without delay. That is professionalism at its best.
